HuMom & I know that you may have some questions like, ‘What type of hemp oil is safe?’,  ‘How much should I give?’ &/ ‘What is the proper dosage level? That’s why we dug up all that impawtant information for you in our 8 Part Series CBD & What We Need To Know.  You can sniff it out by pawing the links below.

Since writing the 1st part,  I’ve begun my own journey with CBD once again & it has made a pawtastic difference for me just as it did back in 2015.  CBD has helped me adjust to being around other humans both strangers & humans I’ve met before. HuMom is so happy to see me calm around other humans & other dogs instead of being nervous, barking non stop & basically flipping out.  CBD also assist in controlling inflammation & helps me sleep peacefully during pup naps or night sleeps & I act like a puppy when I’m  awake even though we all know, I’m 11 years young.  Don’t get me wrong, I not pawmoting CBD as the pawtion of eternal youth but dog gone it, it’s benefits can’t be ignored.

As we wrote in Part 2 of our 8 Part Series CBD & What We Need To Know, all mammals as well as several other animals (like fish) have what is called an endocannabinoid system. Endocannabinoids are neurotransmitters that are located throughout vertebrate central nervous system & peripheral nervous system, including the brain. Research has shown these neurotransmitters help regulate appetite, pain, memory, mood/stress & sleep. It’s these endocannabinoid neurotransmitters that the cannabinoids found in cannabis bind to. CBD can assist in improving the tone of the endocannabinoid system, which is a  pawsitively vital component in our ability to adapt to stress (environmental, physical & mental)  & restore balance at a cellular level.
