The Naturally Surreal Work of Artist Tiffany Bozic

Canine Culture

For us good dogs it’s all about the nose & we love the details of a good stink but I notice huMom gets lost in the details of her visual world. Hi, CEO Olivia & today I want to share with you the furbulous & surreal work of self-taught artist Tiffany Bozic. Currently she lives in San Francisco, CA but has spent most of her life living with & observing nature. Although her illustrations can feel traditional there is a emotional range of surreal symbolic /metaphorical themes & this is the stuff I know huMom loves.

Bozic developed a dog gone complex pawcess of masking & staining the maple panels in which she paints on, resulting in the natural grain working pawfectly with each composition using multiple layers of watered down acrylic paint. It’s pawsitively beautiful.

Tiffany’s pawsome subjects are inspired both from her extensive travels to wild places, & the research specimens at the California Academy of Sciences in San Francisco, California.

Let’s have a sniff at what I dug up for you.

Have a pawsome weekend. Remember to be gnawsome, be kind & stay safe.
