With it being November Epilepsy Awareness Month we are doing Wednesday’s Words instead of Wordless Wednesday here at Knotty Toys for Good Dogs (& Cool Cats).
Take a moment with us to paws & reflect.
🐾💜🐾
Sending pawsitive energy & strength to all my fellow Epilepsy Warriors throughout November Epilepsy Awareness Month & on.
Please, if you are in the pawsition to make a $5 donation to The Wally Foundation- canine epilepsy. They help those families challenged with the cost of their canine Epilepsy Warrior’s anti seizure medications. Note, I am not a recipient of TWF but my huMom does sit on the Board. All Board members are volunteers.
All monies donated go directly to those in need. You could make a difference in a Canine Epilepsy Warrior’s life & be the lucky donor to receive a $250 Amazon Card!

One thing I’ve learned is management is the best with dealing with this condition. Too many people think taking anti-seizure meds should eliminate seizures and I know that’s not realistic. Our vet says a few seizures a year is a good year. As long as I can keep Elsa safe and each episode minor, I feel like we’re winning the battle. 💜
