Hello everyone, CEO Olivia here. As many of you know we have had our online shop closed since April. This is due to a fire that destroyed our home. Knotty Toys for Good Dogs is a rural, home run business & all of our product & raw materials were lost.
It has taken longer than we expected to recover from this but we aren’t done. Not nearly. We are on course to having our pure hemp rope toys ready for the holiday season.
New rope is finally available from our supplier & is being ordered this week. We will be relocating to our new “world headquarters” in early October at which time we will begin making Knotty Toys like it’s Santa’s workshop. Our mailing address will remain the same.
As always, we will donate $1.00 from each toy sold to the Wally Foundation who’s purpose is to help those who live with canine epilepsy cover the cost of medications & treatment.
In closing I would like to once again thank all the wonderful humans & good dogs who have shown us overwhelming love & support through these challenging past few months. Thank you everyone.
