I’ve written before about the Purple Pumpkin Project. People paint a pumpkin purple for Halloween to raise epilepsy awareness. Today I want to share a few pictures of this years crop of purple. You can see them all on the Purple Pumpkin Projects’ Facebook page.
This was done by my fellow epi-warrior Riley’s family.
Another epi-warrior & BFF, Fearghas & family participated too.
That looks like it took some time to do.
Simple & to the point.
Someone deserves congratulations. Keep those seizure free days coming!
A purple kitty. How pawfectly creative.
Another fellow epi-warrior & furiend, Solo.
I can’t wait to do this again next year.
If you have a purple pumpkin you would like to share with us please send it to firstname.lastname@example.org or simply post it to our Facebook page.

November is Epilepsy Awareness Month. I was sniffing about in search of artworks & came across an art contest sponsored by the Epilepsy Foundation of Northern California. The contest was categorized by age groups & I thought I’d share some of the winners with you.
Maybe I’ll have my own contest for canine epilepsy when Epilepsy Awareness Day comes around next March. I know we pups are both talented & dedicated to supporting Epilepsy Awareness. So why not? What do you think?
