Most of you nose already that we’re coming up to our fursister Olivia’s Gotcha Day on February 19th & also the first anniversary of her leaving this world on February 21st, 2025, just a few months shy of her 15th Barkday.

Meows & purrs, it’s Dot & Jerry Underfoot here, pawing at your attention to share how we’re honouring our courageous, beautiful, funny, & witty fursister, Epilepsy Warrior Olivia.

Many may not nose that Knotty Toys for Good Dogs began because our huMom wanted a safe toy that was all-natural & chemical-free for Olivia. Hemp turned out to be the pawfect choice! The toys she made were super strong & resistant to mold & mildew, & the tough hemp fibers even helped keep Olivia’s toofers clean & her gums healthy while she gnawed & played. It was pawsitively clear that Olivia loved her hemp toys & so did her furiends, who often tried to sneak them home after pup playdates!

 

HuMom soon realized these natural hemp toys weren’t just safe; they were wooftastic. It’s been a challenging year learning to live without our girl Olivia. We nose huMom still has sad days, but we do our best to cheer her up. Dot will swipe her snacks, & I’ll always be her Jerry Underfoot.  We’re forever grateful for the joy of being part of Olivia’s journey, playing with her, comforting her after seizures, cheering her on during squirrel pawtrols, & cuddling together for afternoon naps & nights sleep sleeps.
