Today we are remembering my fur sister Suzie Q. Q left this world 4 years ago Octomber 15th. As far as we can determine she was 15 or 16 years old. We still miss her terribly but our hearts are warmed with wagnificent memories & so much love.
Suzie was rescued from a horrid life on an 8 foot chain. Left outside year round with no bedding in her plywood dog house. She became pawt of our furmily for eight years. Always the rebel she could escape any yard, no matter how tall or layered the fence. But she never went far.
When Dot was a kitten along with her sisters & brother, Suzie was their surrogate mom. We were told she hated cats. The delight she took in the kittens was obvious & proved otherwise.
We shared many walks & swims with huMom. She was by my side for many years & we still miss seeing her beside me by the woodstove, out in the yard & hiking in the woods.
We will always cherish her memory with love 🐾💜🐾 🕯️ ✨ Lady Q.

Lady Q was a wooftastic fursister & furiend. HuMom still weeps a little but she tries to stay in a place of knowing Lady Q finally knew love & lived life with joy.
Thanksgiving was quiet & filled with gratitude.
