Welcome to Friday everyone, CEO Olivia reporting. Today I’ve sniffed out the artwork of artist Kevin Peterson. He studied art at Austin College in Sherman, TX where he received his BFA in 2001. Kevin now makes his home in Houston, TX where he works out of Winter Street Studios.
Mr. Peterson has created several paintings that occupy the same fictionalized world. His imagined environments are occupied by children & animals banding together as they navigate decaying urban environments. The works pair the innocence of its subjects against a broken world, addressing the various journeys we each take through life. You can sniff out more of his paintings on his Instagram.
