Hello everyone CEO Olivia here. Australia needs our help. I’m heartbroken by what is happening there. The images I have seen are beyond horrific. I have lived through a house fire that destroyed my home. I’m so sad for everyone there.
Usually on Fridays I like to share art & today is no different. However today is a little different.
An art magazine web site called, “this is Collossal“, reached out to artists across the globe & asked if anyone might be willing to donate a print, painting, or object with a percentage of sales going toward humanitarian, wildlife & firefighter support for the Australian crisis. More than 50 artists answered the call & you can help out by purchasing some beautiful art.
You can view many of the artworks here. Each has links for the artwork’s terms & beneficiary. At the bottom of the page are links to even more participating artists.
If you’re unable to afford a purchase right now, please consider donating directly to any of these charities.
WIRES: The New South Wales-based Wildlife Information, Rescue & Education Service Inc., Australia’s largest wildlife rescue organization, is accepting donations to fund the rescue & care of animals affected by the fires. wires.org.au.
Wildlife Victoria: A nonprofit that provides wildlife emergency response services, Wildlife Victoria is accepting donations to distribute to wildlife shelters to help rebuild enclosures and equipment. wildlifevictoria.org.au.
Kangaroo Island Wildlife Park: This wildlife park in South Australia is raising money for koala veterinary costs, koala milk and supplements, and extra holding and rehabilitation enclosures. A GoFundMe page organized by park owner Dana Mitchell has raised more than $800,000. You can donate here.
World Wildlife Fund Australia: This chapter of the international wildlife conservation organization is accepting donations to care for injured wildlife and, when the fires clear, to plant 10,000 native trees in critical koala habitat, including in “koala triangle,” the heartland of Australia’s healthiest wild koala populations. Donate at donate.wwf.org.au.
Australia Zoo Wildlife Hospital: Bindi Irwin, the daughter of famed wildlife conservationist “Crocodile Hunter” Steve Irwin, has been taking in many displaced animals at the Australia Zoo Wildlife Hospital. The zoo’s Wildlife Warriors program is raising money for new enclosures to house flying foxes and koalas injured or displaced by fires. Donate at wildlifewarriors.org.au.
Please, if you can do anything to help, don’t hesitate. This is happening right now!
CEO Olivia ❤
Bless these artists for helping Australia. With as many as half a billion animals lost in the bush fires, these artists are doing such an amazing service helping out.

My better half is from Australia, so we have been watching the news and FB feeds very closely. It is scary and heartbreaking. Some animals are believed to be extinct by now.
