Welcome to Friday once again. Today I have some cool looking good dogs made from blown glass. Glass blowing is a technique that involves inflating molten glass into a bubble with the aid of a blowpipe (or blow tube). A person who blows glass is called a glassblower, glass smith, or a gaffer. Molten glass has the consistency of molasses, it’s gathered on the end of a long hollow pipe, inflated to a bubble & then manipulated into a shapes by blowing, swinging, or rolling on a smooth stone or iron surface.
