A small company was having it’s artwork used without permission by a very, very big corporation. Things ended up in court naturally. The big corporation argued in court that the pictures being identical was “pure coincidence”, with their lawyer saying, “there is only so many ways you can draw a Beagle”.

That outrageously absurd comment became the inspiration for 1,000 Dog Portraits From the People Who Love Them — a wooftastic compendium which begins with a chapter titled “1000 Ways to Draw a Beagle” but it also depicts just about every breed. Here is just a small sample.
